Remember it is not as much about what you eat or how much you exercise, but rather it is about everything else that makes you who you are, your life circumstances, your struggles, the health of your relationships and your career etc…
We will use of a macronutrient program, nutritional and supplementation therapy focussing on how the mind has a profound influence on the body when it comes to metabolism food and associated moods and physique
This is a highly individualized client-centred /cognitive approach to nutrition will initiate permanent behavioural changes
I will guide change in behaviours and choices
I will create a nutritional therapy plan plan to improve moods and your physique, including supplements lists.
I will create an individualized “good food for your mood and stress reduction plan,” creating a macro plan with the correct ratios of protein, carbohydrates, and fat to attain the physique and mood you’re all you’ve always dreamed of!
We will be developing your own nutritional philosophy that works for your lifestyle, and in doing so, we will consider integrative nutritional approaches, mitochondrial health and holistic nutrition strategies.
