A Behaviour Strategy That Can Help You With Your Diet And Fitness Goals

THE “IF / THEN” BEHAVIOUR STRATEGY •

To relieve any “stressors” that may arise when you are following a workout routine and a nutrition plan, you can use the If/ Then Behaviour Strategy:

STRATEGY:
“If” things don’t go as planned “then” you will do something else.


EXAMPLE:
1️⃣If you can’t make it to the gym, then you’ll go for a walk and do some bodyweight exercises at home.
2️⃣If you eat something that may not be on you your nutrition plan, then you will go back to following your nutrition plan tomorrow.
3️⃣If you are feeling unmotivated then you can watch a motivational video to help you feel #motivation.

This strategy can be implemented in all areas of your life because there’s always a solution never an excuse!
