5 – Using a combination of psychology fitness and nutrition to help you change your ideas about your body your Fitness and your life

I have combined many years of competitive fitness experience, my education in biological/medical sciences naturopathic medicine, holistic nutrition and counselling psychology to provide a “helping service” that will ensure you get the support you need and the real lasting results in life and fitness.
